Description

Vergeben werden insgesamt sieben Gastronomieflächen am Flughafen Stuttgart als Konzession durch Abschluss von Mietverträgen. Die Vergabe erfolgt in zwei Losen, wobei Los 1 eine Gastronomiefläche im öffentlichen Bereich umfasst und Los 2 sechs Gastronomieflächen, von denen fünf im Sicherheitsbereich sind und eine nicht. Los 1: Fläche 1: ca. 330 qm (Front of House: ca. 280 qm / Back of House: ca. 50 qm) zzgl. Sozialflächen (ca. 38 qm) und Zentrallager (ca. 128 qm). Los 2: - Fläche 2: ca. 240 qm (BoH und FoH) im Sicherheitsbereich Terminal 3 Ebene 3 - Fläche 3: ca. 260 qm (BoH und FoH) im Sicherheitsbereich Terminal 1 Ebene 3 - Fläche 4: ca. 45 qm (BoH und FoH) im Sicherheitsbereich Terminal 3 Ebene 2 - Fläche 5: ca. 47 qm (BoH und FoH) im Sicherheitsbereich Terminal 4 Ebene 2 - Fläche 6: ca. 27 qm (Stellplatz für mobile Einheit) im Sicherheitsbereich Terminal 3 Ebene 3 - Fläche 7: ca. 188 qm (BoH und FoH) im öffentlichen Bereich Terminal 3 Ebene 2 Zu den oben unter Los 2 genannten Flächen sind Sozialflächen (ca. 183 qm) und Lagerfläche (ca. 300 qm) zugeordnet. Einzelheiten zu den Gastronomieflächen und den vom Konzessionsgeber vorgesehenen Konzepten sind den bereitgestellten Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen. Der Konzessionsgeber führt ein sog. einstufiges Verhandlungsverfahren nach dem 4. Teil des Gesetzes gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen (GWB) und der Konzessionsvergabeverordnung (KonzVgV) durch. Hierbei sind die Eignungsunterlagen (Teilnahmeantrag mit den dort genannten Anlagen) zusammen mit dem Angebot einzureichen.
