Description

Der Sporthallenkomplex an der Kopenhagener Straße 5a/b besteht aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Turnhallen des Typs GT 60 L, welche ca. im Jahr 1969/70 errichtet worden sind. Somit mittlerweile über 50 Jahre alt und noch nie modernisiert, weist er erhebliche bau- und brandschutztechnische Mängel auf. Die technische Ausrüstung ist überholt, der Wärme- und Witterungsschutz nicht mehr gewährleistet. Die Hallenausstattung ist für den geplanten Wettkampfbetrieb ungenügend und eine behindertengerechte Nutzung bisher nur in Teilen möglich. Im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit ist eine umfassende Sanierung der Hallen daher unumgänglich. Die Umsetzung der geplanten Baumaßnahmen soll in 4 Abschnitten erfolgen: 1. BA: Schulsportplatz auf Südseite inkl. Zuwegung bis zur Kopenhagener Str. 5a/b 2. BA: Sanierung und Erweiterung Halle 1 (östliche Halle) inkl. Zuwegungen und Parkplätze 3. BA: Sanierung und Erweiterung Halle 2 (westliche Halle) inkl. Zuwegungen und Parkplätze 4. BA: Freianlagen Baseballspielfeld Nach Abschluss der ersten beiden Bauabschnitte erfolgt nun im dritten Bauabschnitt die Sanierung der Halle 2 (Kopenhagener Str. 5a).
