Description

The scope of the procurement covers:
(a) operation and maintenance of equipment, supply and protection, measuring and control apparatus in lighting cabinets at least once a month,
(b) constant care for the aesthetics of road lighting equipment (cleaning of fixtures, washing of cloaks, removal of palais and insects and posters from poles and cabinets),
(C) technical inspections of lighthouse frames and recess,
(D) measurements and operational tests of road lighting in Wrocław,
(e) receiving reports of illumination malfunctioning, reporting and repairing damage within 2 days of notification;
(F) remedying any failure in the street lighting equipment within 2 days of the date of discovery or notification, i.e. damaged connecting apparatus in cabinets and poles (including sockets and fuses, switches, connectors, contactors, relays, signalling lamps, pressure pads, internal wiring), used light source, damaged fixture equipment (equipment, ignition systems, frames, clamps),
(g) checks on the state of road illumination at night at least once a week,
(H) the provision of lighting equipment at the request of the Contracting Authority to other Contractors for the purpose of extending, reconstructing, upgrading or warranty repair,
(I) immediately removing the risks posed by lighting devices to road safety and to the health and life of humans,
(J) maintaining an “service book” for lighting devices powered by a lighting cabinet containing: a one-time diagram of the circuits with the type of luminaires and light sources, reports of measurements carried out, records of the date on which the failure was detected for each device on individual facilities and records of the date of the checks carried out, visual examinations and defects found on those days,
(K) the establishment of an “Operating Book” for each new lighting cabinet,
(L) the replacement during the first month of operation of the cartridges for locks in the lighting cabinets in a quantity of 70,
(m) provide GPRS fixed wireless communication to cabinets with CPnet controllers at www.cpanet.pl,
(N) checks on the efficiency of road illumination at night time at the request of the Contracting Authority at least once a month and not more than 2 times a month,
(o) visual inspection of road lighting equipment at the request of the Contracting Authority at least once a year,
(p) refurbishment of the surface of the poles (before the application of the antypical coating) with the application of analytic coatings, consisting of painting and maintenance of metal lanterns, dashboards and cabinets – 400 steel poles and galvanised road lighting according to the schedule of works submitted by the Contractor and agreed with the Contracting Authority (the painting of 100 poles should be foreseen by 30 September of each contract year),
(Q) replacement of damaged elements: mountings (devasted), support structures (pillars, brackets, jibs), cabinets, control clocks and the removal of poles,
(R) repair or replacement of damaged cables,
(s) other emergency works, i.e. other than those mentioned under (q) to (r).
The contracting authority shall provide for the award of complementary contracts referred to in Article 67(1). 1 pt. 6 of the Public Procurement Act Complementary contracts will consist of the repetition of the scope of the work indicated above and the operation and maintenance of additional lighting points built during the term of the contract.
