Markanvisningsområdet är belägget i centrala Södertälje.
Området har en strategisk placering längs Storgatan, mellan den södra och norra delen av stadskärnan. Syftet med kommande planarbete är därför att skapa stadsmässiga kvalitéer som länkar områdena genom en förtätning.
Markanvisningen avser uppförande av bebyggelse för kontor i max 6 våningar samt garage för ca 300 bilar där kommunen står som hyresgäst.
