The activities will take place from:16:00 – 19:30 on 10, 17, 24, 31 January, 7, 14, 21, 28 February, 7, 14.3.2011
— all courses are to take place in one facility,
— a room of 20-25 people,
— equipment (furniture):
— tables, soft chairs for 20 people with the possibility of changing tables and chairs,
equipment:
— mobile projection equipment, multimedia projector – indicated, screen, loudspeakers, graphoscopy – necessary maintenance of equipment, flipcardboard,
— the securing of the room, allowing the equipment to remain of significant value, e.g. computers, teaching aids,
— space for coffee break, possibility of access to the Contractor’s vessels (not plastic), preparation of a refreshment of the products delivered by the Contracting Authority for 15 persons,
— the possibility of parking near the place of training,
— architectural adaptation of the building to persons with disabilities.
