Subject: The Client intends to award the following services for the CHEM construction project – conversion of the old building AB2 into an outpatient oncology oncology on E2 and a pharmacy at E4, Esch-sur-Alzette site:
— Disassembly from approx. 600 m drinking water pipes to DN 32;
— Disassembly of approx. 125 m of cast or plastic waste water pipes;
— Option: Dismantling of approx. 130 St. toilet, wash desk, shower facilities;
— Option: Dismantling of approx. 150 m waste water connection pipes;
— Dismantling from approx. 140 m steel pipe to DN 65, incl. insulation (work: Heating);
— Option: Dismantling of approx. 185 St. tube heating bodies;
— Dismantling of approx. 370 radiator connecting lines up to approx. 10 cm in wall or floor;
— Dismantling from approx. 115 m round air pipes to DN 315, including insulation;
— Dismantling of 6 St. ceiling duct, 2h fire damper, 3h ceiling recirculating refrigerator;
— Dismantling from approx. 20 m steel pipe to DN 20, including insulation (work: Cold).
