2. By qualifying professional course, the Contracting Authority shall mean a course the curriculum of which takes into account the curriculum of training in occupations for a single qualification, the completion of which makes it possible to take an examination confirming qualifications in the profession in the field of that qualification.
3. Qualification vocational courses may be provided by:
A. public schools providing vocational training for the professions in which they teach;
B. non-public schools qualified by public schools providing vocational training for the professions in which they teach;
C. public and non-public continuing education, practical training and further training centres;
D. the labour market institutions referred to in Article 6 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions (consolidated text: OJ Of Laws 2013, item 674 as amended), engaged in educational and training activities;
E. entities carrying out educational activities on the basis of the provisions on freedom of economic activity referred to in Article 83a. 2 of the Education System Act of 7 September 1991 (consolidated text: OJ Journal of Laws 2004, No 256, item 2572, as amended),
Task 1
Qualifying professional course in the profession of ‘betonitor-builder’ – 711402 – qualification B.16. Carrying out of military and concrete-working work:
(1) the training must be carried out in Gdańsk
(2) the qualifying professional course will be provided in absentia
(3) 18 persons will be eligible for a qualification vocational course;
(4) a qualifying professional course will be organised on the following dates:
(a) Initiation: within 5 days of the conclusion of the contract,
(b) End: No later than 31.10.2015;
(5) The qualifying professional course must cover 390 hours to complete qualification B.16. Carrying out military and concrete work and 228 hours to carry out the effects common to all professions and professions common to the training area, taking into account OSH, PDG, JOZ and KPS;
(6) the professional qualification course will be conducted in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister for National Education of 7 February 2012 on the programme basis for training in professions (Journal Of Laws 2012, item 184), on the basis of the curriculum, which is Annex A to the contract, completed by the Contractor and submitted to the Contracting Authority within three days of the conclusion of the contract.
(7) objectives of training in the profession:
A graduate of a qualifying vocational course in the profession of concrete-builder should be prepared to carry out the following professional tasks:
(a) the performance and arrangement of armour in swimming or moulding;
(b) making concrete mixtures;
(C) laying and compacting the concrete mixture in swimming or moulding and the care of fresh concrete;
(D) carrying out repair work on concrete and concrete components.
(8) learning outcomes:
(a) concrete-builder prepares concrete mixtures, nets and reinforcing frames and performs concrete and concrete elements in various construction works.
(b) work in small and medium-sized construction companies, in artisanal repair and construction workshops, in prefabrication plants and in concrete mixing plants, including in remanufacturing plants.
(C) in order to carry out the above-mentioned professional tasks, it is necessary to achieve the intended learning outcomes, consisting of:

Laying and compacting of the concrete mixture and care of fresh concrete
Qualifying professional course participant:
use design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, standards, catalogues and instructions for the laying and compaction of the concrete mixture and the care of fresh concrete;
draw up a bill of measurement for the laying and compaction of concrete mixtures and the maintenance of fresh concrete and calculate the costs of such works;
selects tools and equipment to carry out works for the laying and compaction of the concrete mixture and the care of fresh concrete;
arranges the concrete mixture in moulds and skipping;
chooses the methods of concentration of the concrete mixture;
carry out operations related to the concentration of the concrete mixture;
specifies the methods for accelerating the maturation of fresh concrete;
chooses ways to care for fresh concrete;
performs activities related to the care of fresh concrete;
makes fine-sized products of mortars and concrete mixtures;
specify the means of repair of concrete and concrete components and perform the related repair activities;

(9) training conditions:
The Contractor should have the following teaching facilities:
(a) a building workstation equipped with:
a computer station for teachers with internet access, printer, scanner and multimedia projector, office programme, presentation and graphics programme,
samples and catalogue cards for building materials, models and drawings of construction structures and their components, planners and instructional films for concrete and reinforcing work,
standards, technical approvals and certificates for the quality of construction materials,
examples of design documentation, specifications of technical conditions for carrying out and accepting concrete and military works, catalogues of physical inputs, price lists for the costing of construction works;
(b) a technical drawing workshop equipped with:
a computer station for teachers connected to a local network with internet access, printer, plotter, scanner and multimedia projector, computer stations (one station for one pupil), all computers connected to a local network with internet access, a package of office programs, a program for technical drawings,
drawing stations (one position for one pupil) enabling hand-written drawings, teaching aids to shape the spatial imagination, standards on drawing rules, sample design documentation;
(C) school workshops where the following posts should be organised:
concrete mix preparation stations (one stand for three students), equipped with: concrete mixers, equipment and tools for the preparation of constituents of concrete mixtures, instruments for testing the consistency of concrete mixtures,
reinforcing steel preparation stations (one stand for three students), equipped with: reinforcing table, Kozłowa winch, mechanical base, armour knives, hand and mechanical shears for cutting steel, hand and mechanical bending machines, equipment for transporting reinforcing steel, tools and power tools for cleaning reinforcing steel, control and measurement instruments,
arms assembly stations (one station for three students), equipped with: military table, welder, armour keys, arms-linking jackets, control and measurement instruments,
reinforcing, concrete and fresh concrete (one station for three pupils), equipped with: prepared structural element boarding, reinforcement and concrete mix transport equipment, concrete compaction tools and power tools, control-measuring instruments.
In addition, each station should be equipped with: personal protective equipment, a set of legal provisions on health and safety at work, fire and environmental protection and instructions for the operation of machinery and equipment and specifications of technical conditions for carrying out and receiving works.
Practical training may take place in: school workshops and workshops, continuing training establishments, practical training establishments, construction and renovation companies and prefabrication and arms production facilities.
Assignment 2
Qualifying vocational course in the profession of ‘murner – tincture’ – 711204 – qualification B.18. Masonry and greasing work:
(1) the training must be provided in Słupsk
(2) the qualifying professional course will be provided in absentia
(3) 18 persons will be eligible for a qualification vocational course;
(4) a qualifying professional course will be organised on the following dates:
(a) Initiation: within 5 days of the conclusion of the contract,
(b) End: No later than 31.10.2015;
(5) The qualifying professional course must cover 390 hours to complete qualification B.18. Performance of masonry and plastering works and 228 hours for the implementation of the effects common to all professions and common to professions within the training area, taking into account OSH, PDG, JOZ and KPS;
(6) the professional qualification course will be conducted in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister for National Education of 7 February 2012 on the programme basis for training in professions (Journal Of Laws 2012, item 184), on the basis of the curriculum, which is Annex A to the contract, completed by the Contractor and submitted to the Contracting Authority within three days of the conclusion of the contract.
(7) objectives of training in the profession:
A graduate of a qualifying vocational training course in the profession of marsh – plaster should be prepared to carry out the following professional tasks:
(a) the manufacture of mortars, mortars and concrete mixtures;
(b) the construction of masonry building structures;
(C) the performance of internal and external plasters;
(D) repair and demolition of masonry construction structures;
(e) the performance of repairs of internal and external plasters.

performs walls, ceilings, superradiation, shops, poles, pillars and chimneys;

performs earthing, insulation and auxiliary concrete and military works for the construction of masonry constructions;
assess the quality of the execution of masonry works;
performs a measurement of the works relating to the construction of masonry constructions and draws up a bill for those works.
Plastering
Qualifying professional course participant:
distinguishes between types of plaster;
use design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, standards, catalogues and instructions for the performance of plasters;
selects and prepares materials for internal and external plastering;
selects tools and equipment for internal and external plasters;
draw up a bill of measurement for internal and external plaster work and calculate the cost of carrying out them;
prepare the medium for the performance of internal and external plasters;
performs internal and external crucibles;
perform activities related to the finishing of galvanised surfaces and the deposition of ventilation grilles and other components;
identify types of damage to internal and external plasters and select ways of repairing them;
perform the repair of internal and external plasters;
assess the quality of the zinc work;
he/she shall carry out the measurement of internal and external plasters and shall draw up a bill for those works.
Renovation and demolition of masonry construction structures
Qualifying professional course participant:
use design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, standards, catalogues and instructions for the execution of renovation and demolition works of masonry construction works;
selects and prepares building materials for the renovation of masonry construction structures;
draws up a measurement of the works for the renovation and demolition of masonry construction structures and calculates the costs of carrying out them;

performs masonry works for the renovation of masonry constructions;
perform demolition work on masonry building structures;
assess the quality of the renovation and demolition works of masonry construction;

a computer station for teachers connected to a local network with internet access, printer, plotter, scanner and multimedia projector
computer posts (one station for one pupil), all computers connected to a local network with internet access, a package of office programs, a program for technical drawings
drawing stations (one position for one pupil) allowing hand-written drawings, teaching aids to shape the spatial imagination, standards for drawing rules, sample design documentation, standard letter templates, models of lumps and geometrics, drawings of building elements
(C) school workshops where the following posts should be organised:
masonry workstations (one station for three pupils), equipped with: concretes, trays, mortar agitators, concrete compacting tools and equipment and other masonry tools and power tools for masonry work and their renovation and demolition, control and measurement instruments
In addition, each station should be equipped with: personal protective equipment, a set of legal provisions on health and safety at work, fire and environmental protection and instructions for the operation of machinery and equipment and specifications of technical conditions for carrying out and receiving works.
Practical training may take place in: school workshops and workshops, lifelong learning establishments, practical training institutions and potential employment centres for graduates in vocational education.
Activity 3
Qualifying professional course in the profession of ‘florist’ – 343203 – qualification R.26. Making floristic compositions:
(1) the training must be provided in Słupsk
(2) the qualifying professional course will be provided in absentia
(3) a qualifying vocational course will be open to 12 people;
(4) a qualifying professional course will be organised on the following dates:
(a) Initiation: within 5 days of the conclusion of the contract,
(b) End: No later than 31.10.2015;
(5) the qualifying professional course must cover 286 hours to complete qualification R.26. Carrying out floristic compositions and 156 hours to implement the effects common to all professions and professions in the field of education, taking into account OSH, PDG, JOZ and KPS;
(6) the professional qualification course will be conducted in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister for National Education of 7 February 2012 on the programme basis for training in professions (Journal Of Laws 2012, item 184), on the basis of the curriculum, which is Annex A to the contract, completed by the Contractor and submitted to the Contracting Authority within three days of the conclusion of the contract.
(7) objectives of training in the profession:
A graduate of a qualifying vocational training course in the profession of flora should be prepared to carry out the following professional tasks:
(a) plant decoration design;
(b) plant decoration;
(C) the arrangement of the floral interior deformation and the open air;
learning outcomes:
(a)Floral – designs plant compositions and decorations, cut and pot plants using technical and ancillary measures. His professional activities also include the decoration of indoors, terraces and balconies. It manufactures and sells floristic products, creates floristic interior decorations and open air. It relies on extensive knowledge from plant, non-plant, art history and plant decoration.
(b) work – it offers an opportunity to work with floricultures. There is a steady increase in interest in the commemorative decoration of the interior (church, blade room, conference room, etc.) as the visual cover of ceremonies or events is becoming increasingly important. As a result, there is a growing demand for florists – creative producers of plant decorations.

primary and auxiliary technical means, vessels and containers,

plant care equipment, floristic tools and equipment,
wedding bouquets, equipment for the presentation of floristic materials and articles,
plant-drying press,
dust-free white board,
water and sewerage system;
(C) a floristic workshop in which plant compositions and decorations (one station for one pupil) should be organised, equipped with:
plant material,
basic and ancillary technical measures,
decorative materials,
tools and equipment,
containers for organic and inorganic waste,
mirror,
means of displaying floristic compositions and decorations,
electricity, water and sewerage system.
Practical training may take place in: school, continuing education, practical training and potential employment centres for graduates in vocational education.
Activity 4
Qualifying professional course in the profession of cosmetics technicians – 514207 – qualification A.61. Carrying out face cosmetic procedures:
(1) the training must be carried out in Gdańsk
(2) the qualifying professional course will be provided in absentia
(3) a qualifying vocational course will be open to 12 people;
(4) a qualifying professional course will be organised on the following dates:
(a) Initiation: within 5 days of the conclusion of the contract,
(b) End: No later than 31.10.2015;
(5) a qualifying vocational course must cover 332 hours to complete qualification A.61. Carrying out facial cosmetic treatments and 215 hours to implement the effects common to all professions and professions in the field of education, taking into account OSH, PDG, JOZ and KPS;
(6) the professional qualification course will be conducted in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister for National Education of 7 February 2012 on the programme basis for training in professions (Journal Of Laws 2012, item 184), on the basis of the curriculum, which is Annex A to the contract, completed by the Contractor and submitted to the Contracting Authority within three days of the conclusion of the contract.

laboratory equipment as follows: laboratory tables, digestorium,
measuring and analytical equipment, as follows: universal meters, colorimeters,
basic laboratory facilities, such as: laboratory weight, heating coat, stirrers, stacks, laboratory glass kits
(b) a cosmetics workshop where the following posts should be organised:
face and body treatment stations (one station for two pupils), equipped with:
— cosmetic seats,
— swivel tables,
— treatment tables,

— set of cosmetic apparatus: for humidification, galvanisation, dosing, ultrasound, wax heating, Solux lamp,
— cosmetic accessories, as follows: face and body wash bowls, intervention linen kit,
— tools such as: blade, Unny spoon, mask application brushes and autoclaves.
