Article 45 of Directive 2014/25/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 (‘the Utilities Directive’). The Tenderer is responsible for ensuring that the Tenderer's tender meets all the requirements and conditions in the tender documents, and the Tenderer should be aware that any ambiguities in the information in the Tenderer's tender may be given negative weight when assessing the Tenderer's suitability or evaluating the tender. The tender concerns the collection, transport, intermediate storage and final disposal of sewage sludge for the period 01.04.2025 – 31.03.2029. There is an option to extend the agreement, which will result in the Ordering Party being able to extend the agreement by up to 4 x 12 months on unchanged terms, so that the agreement runs until 31.03.2033.
