Description

The consultation focuses on the rental and maintenance of modular buildings, to be set up at different sites of the Jean Perrin Centre, and in particular by raising a parking area. These elements will be made available and maintained for a maximum period of 48 months. Two types of modulars, in two different areas, will be installed on the Centre site: Zone 1 On a free zone and lower part of the hospital building and close to the main entrance door, with an area of approximately 90 m²; ERP Zone 2 Uplifting the parking spaces in the employee parking lot of the Jean Perrin Centre, to be laid on a metal structure leaving free a maximum number of places, of an area of approximately 300 m². zone 1 and for tertiary use ERT for zone 2.The modulars will be for ERP use for zone 1 and ERT tertiary use for zone 2.
