Description

Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om drie dienstverleners te contracteren voor de inzet van de straattoezichtteams. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om met de inzet van straattoezichtteams het veiligheidsgevoel van bewoners en ondernemers in gebieden waar veel overlast door asielzoekers wordt ervaren te verbeteren. De inzet van de straattoezichtteams draagt bij aan het de-escaleren van overlastsituaties. Het kunnen inzetten van een straattoezichtteam is derhalve een aanvulling op de integrale aanpak van overlast door asielzoekers op nationaal en lokaal niveau. Het straattoezichtteam wordt als aanvullend instrument vanuit het Rijk beschikbaar gesteld indien er sprake is van aanhoudende overlast en andere maatregelen onvoldoende soelaas bieden. Binnen de scope van de opdracht valt: - Het leveren van straattoezichtteams in de openbare ruimte waar overlast wordt ervaren door asielzoekers. De Straattoezichtteam zijn fysiek zichtbaar en hebben een signalerende functie of er overlast is en/of ontstaat. - Het inzetten op de-escalatie bij signalering van het ontstaan van overlast gevende situaties; - Indien de-escalatie niet lukt, het tijdig inschakelen van andere bevoegde beveiligingsorganisaties zoals boa´s of de politie. - Communicatie en samenwerking met stakeholders als omwonenden, lokale bestuur, politie ketenpartners en bewoners opvanglocaties.
