Das Gebäude hat Außenabmessungen von ca. 40,20m x 16,80m mit zusätzlich umlaufend ca. 1,50 mDachüberstand. Unter dem giebelseitigen Dachüberstand befinden sich im Süden und Norden jeweils Außentreppen.Die Tragkonstruktion des Gebäudes wird als Massivholzbau ausgeführt. Wände in Brettsperrholz und Decken als Hohlkastenelemente bzw. in Teilbereichen als Brettsperrholzdecken.Zm Leistungsumfang der Ausschreibug Betonarbeiten gehören die Baustelleneinrichtung, Betonarbeiten insbesondere Betonbewehrung und Einbauteile, Schalung, Sockelrinnen, Dämmung, Abdichtung und Schutzschichten sowie die Hauseinführungen und Erdungsanlage.
