Description

The 4 Management Authorities in the Netherlands decided to use one software programme to process grant applications and grants. For this purpose, a standard software package has been purchased by the Province of Noord-Brabant in the past and Maatwerk was built to add functionalities.
The contractor will have to provide maintenance and support on the Maatwerk already built, as well as the Maatwerk to be carried out by the Contractor and the document management system to be provided, by means of a zero hours SLA, with the Contractor being assigned, at the request of the Contractor, to carry out corrective maintenance. There and above, upon initial request, the Contractor will adapt the Maatwerk and the Maatwerk already developed to new and/or amended laws and regulations, as well as to changes to the Standard Software Package.
