Description of the procurement In accordance with the new Waste Act, Rosk’n Roll Oy is preparing for competitive tendering of transport contracts by organising a market dialogue. The service to be procured includes the collection and transport of sludge in the contract areas of Vihti to the reception points indicated by the client on the basis of the information provided by the client. The contract areas to be tendered for are located in a limited area of the municipality of Vihti. Contracts will begin on 01.12.2025. Rosk’n Roll Oy invites service providers (transport entrepreneurs and companies) to participate in the market dialogue on procurement. The aim of the dialogue is to inform about future procurements and discuss related issues. The aim of presenting the views and ideas of new and existing actors is to achieve the best possible starting points for procurement. Entrants are kindly requested to answer the preliminary questions (attached) and send the answers when registering (contact details below). The market dialogue shall neither invite nor make offers. The information provided in the market dialogue will be treated confidentially and will only be used for the preparation of the procurement. The contracting entity is not obliged to carry out the procurement in ways that arise in the dialogue. Participation in competitive tendering at a later stage does not require participation in the market dialogue. The market dialogue will be conducted remotely with Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Please register in advance by 12 noon on Monday 06.01.2025 to mika.toivari@rosknroll.fi (the subject of the message is "market dialogue").
