Description

The purpose of this tender is to contract the implementation of a central, integrated solution for case-based work and VTH tasks from the perspective of the VRFGV, which completely replaces the current systems. The initial duration of the Agreement to be concluded shall be four years. The Agreement contains three options for an extension of two years each. The maximum duration of the Agreement is therefore ten years (4 + 2 + 2 + 2). In addition, a waiting room agreement is concluded with a duration of one year. For the implementation phase, a maximum amount of € 200,000 excl. VAT (one-off amount) applies. For the operating phase, an amount of € 118,000 excl. VAT per year applies.
