Procurement of chest suctions, filters and filters for the contracting authority, in 21 parts, for a total of 54 955 pieces/24 months of equipment under a framework contract If several products are included in the given part, tenders must be submitted for all products included in the part. In each of the lots, the contracting authority undertakes to draw down an order for a value equal to 70% of the amount specified in the call for tenders for each lot. In the course of performance, the contracting authority reserves a purchase option of 30% of the net amount, in addition to the amount specified in the relevant part (without modifying the unit price or other contractual terms). The contracting authority shall be entitled to exercise its right of purchase during the term of the contract at the price specified in the tender.
