Upphandlingen omfattar drift av Hemstrandens vård- och omsorgsboende. Boendet omfattar 80 särskilda boendelägenheter, varav möjlighet till parboende finns i 8 av lägenheterna. Dessutom finns det möjlighet till medboende i form av ett anslutande rum i en lägenhet per avdelning. Verksamheten har drivits i egen regi från och med februari 2023, då boendet av inflyttningsklar.
