Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture with its registered office in Warsaw (‘the Contracting Authority’ or ‘ARMA’) of hotel and restaurant services for the purposes of training, deliberations and meetings organised for ARMA employees in training centres, which may include, in particular, the following types of services: (1) providing board and lodging for training participants, (2) providing conference rooms with equipment, providing coffee service and event room, (3) providing transport. A detailed description of the requirements is set out in Annex 1 to the draft provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter: ‘p.p.u.’), as set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ. 2.
