The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply (sale) of high-methane natural gas type E tariff W-6.1 for the Upper Silesian Aviation Society S.A. Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice, ul. Freedoms 90, 42-625 Ożarowice. Natural gas should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act and its implementing regulations and Polish Standards. The supply of gas will take place up to four connections on the basis of an agreement containing the provisions of the sales agreement, the value of fees per MWh, subscription, fixed and variable distribution fee. The gas should be delivered to the delivery and reception point, which is a set of gas equipment used to connect the internal network owned by the Ordering Party with the gas network of the system operator.
