Description

The object of the acquisition was the catering services of the City of Rauma from Nanu's production kitchen to various locations from 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2026 + a possible 12-month option period. From Nanu's production kitchen, meals are delivered to day care units and schools. As a rule, meals are delivered in a decentralised manner on warm days. The service provider must have the capacity and flexibility to adapt to changes in the client's operations. Transport and facilities may increase or decrease. The customer will notify the operator of any changes as soon as the changes are known. The subscriber has the right to one 12-month option for the period 1.8.2026 - 31.7.2027. The exercise of the option is a right, not an obligation, of the contracting entity. The contracting entity makes a separate decision on the possible use of the option and notifies the service provider at least three (3) months before the end of the fixed-term contract period.
