Description

Drammen municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a competition for parallel framework agreements for 24 hour health and welfare services for adults with special needs. We would like agreements with both large and small tenderers who can offer a wide range of services. We would like variation in the service's location. Everything from the countryside to a more central location. Each tenderer shall offer individually adapted health and care services that safeguard the users ́ follow-up needs of mental and physical health. Target-oriented efforts shall be made to facilitate coping experiences, meaningful activities and inclusion in social communities so that users achieve the best possible functioning and mastering abilities. Tenderers shall offer housing to the user. Legal homes for the service Measures are carried out in accordance with individual decisions based on the Municipal Health and Care Services Act of 24 June 2011.The target group is adults over 18 years of compound and serious problems, who need 24 hour health and care services. The users have varying needs for assistance in safeguarding self-care and daily tasks. For example, these are users with different mental disorders and/or drug and alcohol challenges, mental disabilities and/or autism spectrums, and behavioural problems of varying degrees. Hourly health and care services for the user group Procurement also include hourly services for gradual adaptation or return to the contracting authority ́s services.
