Description

1.The subject of the order is the design and extension of ul. Olsztyńska in Toruń on the section from ul. Chocolate to the city border along the national road no. 15. The Contractor will be obliged to execute the execution documentation described in the Functional and Utility Programme (PFU) detailing the construction project approved by the decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment (ZRID) and the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (design documentation). The specification may include changes of the nature of non-substantial deviations from the approved construction project qualified in accordance with Article 36a of the Construction Law. The specification shall not change the decision of the ZRID.
