Description

This is an invitation to a supplier information session and an announcement of the launch of a market dialogue as part of the procurement planning. This is not a contract notice or a call for tenders. The Welfare Area of Eastern Uusimaa is preparing the procurement of medical rehabilitation aids and related supplies and services. The procurement targets aids and services such as mobility aids, mobility aids, hygiene aids, compression and support products, wigs, breast prostheses, prostheses, individual orthopaedic aids, electrically adjustable beds and pressure release devices, and vision aids. Procurement is carried out as a dynamic purchasing system. The purpose of the procurement system is to enable the purchase of auxiliary equipment and related supplies and services, as well as to ensure the scope of the selection and competitive price and quality. The aim is also to promote effective competition by ensuring the availability of assistive devices that meet the specific needs of the customer group in the short and long term. The flexibility of the procurement system is achieved by conducting internal tendering within the procurement system during the duration of the system. In this case, new suppliers will have the possibility to submit tenders for different categories of the procurement system and the contracting entity may make changes to the terms and conditions of the system. The procurement procedure is in two stages. A procurement system is established and supplemented by a procedure such as a restricted procedure. Throughout its validity, the procurement system is open to all suppliers that meet the eligibility criteria. Participation in a tendering procedure is subject to the condition that the supplier has first submitted a request to participate in the procurement system and has been accepted into the category of the system. Future tendering will be carried out in the categories of the procurement system. The Welfare Area invites suppliers to participate in the market dialogue related to the preparation of the procurement system. The opportunity to comment is offered to all journalists who have registered for information sessions and other interested journalists who have registered according to the instructions. Expression of interest and comments shall not bind the supplier to submit a request to participate or to participate in a tendering procedure. It is also not a condition for subsequent participation in the actual call for tenders. INFO AND DEVELOPMENT FOR INDIVIDUAL ASSISTANTS First, individual orthopaedic aids will be put out to tender.
