Description

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in granting access to the System and maintaining it in its correct state in accordance with the specifications described in Annex 1 to the Draft Agreement (Annex 1 to the TMS) – taking into account any changes introduced as part of the Development – by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority in a non-exclusive form and on the basis of technology created by the Contractor, by means of which the Contracting Authority will be able to carry out activities related to customer service.
