Description

Lot No 1 – The multifunctional car with accessories for maintenance works at the Bascov-CIC Nod Curtea de Argeș CIC-Road Nod within the project ‘Sibiu-Pitesti Highway – Section 5: Curtea de Argeș-Pitesti km 92+600-km 122+950” – 2 pieces; Lot No 2 – Multifunctional car with accessories for maintenance work at the CIC of the project ‘Bucharest North Belt Highway km 0+000 – km 52+770’ – 1 piece; A. According to Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications/additional information in relation to the Award Documentation is: - the first deadline is 26 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; - the second deadline is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, the Contracting Authority is to set two deadlines within which it is to respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications/additional information: - the first deadline is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; - the second deadline is 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Depending on the complexity of the requests for clarification submitted by the economic operators, for which the replies should be published at the first deadline indicated above, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to publish the replies to those clarifications at the second deadline set out in the Award Documentation. The deadlines for replying to the clarifications were set in such a way that the economic operators would have an appropriate period for analysing the Award Documentation and, subsequently, for drawing up the tenders in the light of the replies provided by the Contracting Authority. C. Any request for clarification submitted after the date referred to in point A will make it impossible for the CA to provide a reply and will therefore be considered as TARDIVA. D. Any request for clarifications must be submitted to SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro).
