Description

The services covered by this contract include: - maintenance and monitoring of separative and unitary wastewater collection networks and network accessories, of the public part of connections to the public collection network and of collective sewerage installations; - maintenance and monitoring of waste water and sludge treatment plants; - the monitoring and control of any discharges from networks and structures into the natural environment, the investigation of anomalies likely to disrupt the proper functioning of the service and the resorption of these situations within the limits defined by this C.C.T.P.; - the disposal of waste and other by-products and the disposal and disposal of sludge produced in accordance with the rules; - carrying out the work charged to the Contractor by this C.C.T.P.; - managing relations with users of the service within the limits set by this C.C.T.P.; - information and technical assistance for the Community to enable it to control its service; - incidentally and in connection with the operation of the public sewerage service, the provision of maintenance of separative rainwater works and networks and network accessories within the limits set by this C.C.T.P. The services are regulated by unit prices. The Community, with a view to promoting employment and combating exclusion, has decided to include in this contract a clause on integration through economic activity. The Contractor's commitment shall result in a number of hours of insertion covering the total duration of the contract as specified in Annex 3 to the Act of Commitment.
