Purchase and delivery of orthopaedic implants - implants for arthroscopic and minimally invasive procedures according to the following tasks: 1. HYALURONIC SYSTEM FOR TREATMENT OF HYDROGEN AND HYDROGEN - 20 pieces; 2. ENDOPROTESIS OF KCIUKA MEDIUM-NADGARST RATE - 40 sets; 3. MODULAR BIPOLAR PROSthesis OF THE BIODRIAL STATE - 80 sets; 4. ENDOPROTEZA BARKU - 20 sets; 5. HEADS ABOUT CONUSE V40 FOR BIODRA PROSthesis - 20 pieces; in accordance with the list of conditions and parameters required in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The subject-matter of the contract offered must be released for free circulation and use in accordance with the provisions in force, in particular: 1) By the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2022, item 974), 2) REGULATION (EU) 2017/745 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 5 April 2017 on medical devices, amending Directive 2001/83/EC, Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 and Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and repealing Council Directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC (MDR) or Council Directive 93/42/EEC using the transitional period established by Regulation (EU) 2023/607 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 March 2023 amending Regulations (EU) 2017/745 and (EU) 2017/746 as regards transitional provisions for certain medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices; as well as have the required documents.
