Description

Hankinnan kohteena oli Viinijärven koulu uudisrakentaminen sekä peruskorjaus- ja muutostyöt rakennusurakasta. Kohteen toteuttamisen urakkamuotona on jaettu urakka. Rakennusteknisten töiden urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana (Yse 1998 §4). Urakan tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta.
