Description

Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the Municipality of Włoszakowice and organization and operation of the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK) in the period from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2025. The subject of the contract will be implemented in particular by: 3.1. cyclical collection of unsorted (mixed) and separately collected municipal waste from residential properties, with the frequency specified below in the contract description; 3.2. transport and management of collected unsorted (mixed) municipal waste in municipal installations resulting from provincial waste management plans; 3.3. transport and management of separately collected municipal waste in municipal installations or waste recovery or disposal facilities, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2012, item.
