Für die energetische Sanierung eines Dienstgebäudes des Technischen Hilfswerks (THW) in Wittenberge soll eine bauliche Variantenuntersuchung im Rahmen der LP2 der HOAI durchgeführt werden. Die Maßnahme umfasst die - energetische Sanierung des Gebäudes - in Teilen bauliche Sanierung des Gebäudes - Erneuerung der Wärmeerzeugungsanlage - teilweise Instandsetzung der ELT-Anlage - teilweise Erneuerung der Innen- und Außenbeleuchtungsanlage.
