Description

Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist die Implementierung einer elektronischen Patientenakte sowie einer Management-Software für die Medikation in das vorhandene Krankenhausinformationssystem. Mit der Umsetzung werden unter anderem folgende Ziele verfolgt: • Abbildung der Anforderungen an eine digitale Pflegprozessplanung sowie an eine digitale Pflege- u. Behandlungsdokumentation inklusive einer umfassenden digitalen Sturzdokumentation. • Abbildung der Anforderungen an eine umfangreiche u. rechtssichere digitale ärztliche Dokumentation. • Einführung eines umfassenden digitalen Medikationsmanagements mit Umsetzung der Anforderungen aus der Arzneimitteltherapiesicherheit. • Abbildung der Planungs- u. Dokumentationsanforderungen aller weiteren am Behandlungsprozess eines Patienten beteiligten Berufsgruppen. • Einführung einer digitalen Fieber- u. Verlaufskurve. • Unterstützung der interprofessionellen Kommunikation.
