Buckinghamshire County Council has entered into a long-term Design, Build, and Operate (DBO) contract funded under senior debt and equity with senior debt being repaid with Council capital upon construction completion. The contract is for the provision of an Energy from Waste solution that will divert Buckinghamshire's residual Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) (which includes Biodegradable element (BMW) from landfill.
