Description

Für die Einhaltung der Ziele zur Nachhaltigkeit sollen auf ausgewählten Dächern der Donau-Arena und Westbad Photovoltaikanlagen installiert werden. Um ein weitreichendes Bieter-netzwerk zu erreichen wird die Ausschreibung in Lose unterteilt.
LOS 1 Westbad - Standort: Messerschmittstraße 4, 93049 Regensburg
Für die PV Anlage des Westbads werden die aneinandergereiten Satteldächer mit geringer Neigung betrachtet. Die Photovoltaikanlage wird auf folgende Größe geschätzt: Westbad PV-Anlage ca.: 750kWp. Die Dachhaut wird im Vorfeld von Kies befreit und mit einer neuen, be-schieferten Dachbahn versehen.
LOS 2 Donau-Arena - Standort: Walhalla-Allee 2, 93059 Regensburg
Die Photovoltaikanlage der Donau-Arena wird mit ca. 229,50kWp versehen. Für das Vorha-ben werden im Vorfeld keine Maßnahmen nötig sein, die Dachflächen sind sofort mit den entsprechenden Unterkonstruktionen belegbar.
