Description

Planning services - refurbishment and expansion of the Kita Steindorf, here: The object of the tender is the award of planning services for the conversion/renovation and the extension of the existing day care center (Kita) Wetzlar-Steindorf. The measure includes both works in the existing building as well as a proportion of new construction. The existing single-storey massive building is to be functionally, structurally and technically renovated. In addition, the extension is planned to include a fifth group room with sanitary and differentiation rooms, including the necessary ancillary, traffic and technical areas. In addition, due to the current age structure of the children and the pedagogical concept, functional adjustments in the holdings are necessary. On the basis of the available area balance, an additional space and area requirement of approx. 560 m ² usable area results. In addition, technical systems must be upgraded in terms of energy and safety.
