Le présent marché concerne l'acquisition et la livraison d'un tractopelle d'occasion pour la Direction de la Valorisation des Déchets et de l'Espace Public, Service Déchetterie de la Communauté Urbaine de Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole. Le véhicule devra être conforme aux stipulations du Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières ainsi qu'aux normes françaises et européennes et aux lois en vigueur. Le délai de livraison maximum est de 4 semaines à compter de la notification du contrat. Le titulaire portera une attention particulière sur les normes environnementales actuelles en ce qui concerne la pollution des engins de chantier
