It is not acceptable for the successful carriers to replace the tendered means of transport until the route licences for the lot on which they were successful have been awarded by decision of the Valcea County Council. The period of performance of the contract for the delegation of the management of the county public passenger transport service by regular services will be 6 years (72 months) from the date of its signature in accordance with Annex No 3 to the Vâlcea County Council Decision No 217 of 29 October 2021, as amended.
