Description

On the basis of the contract, project verification services will be provided for the objective ‘REHABILITATION OF STR LOCATION BLOCKS. CIRCUMVALATII-ALEEA F.C. RIPENSIA", as imposed in the Design Theme and Concept Note. The project verifier(s) will be provided with all the technical projects developed by the designer, in order to verify to the essential requirements, as requested in the design theme and concept note. The documentation will be developed in order to access the non-reimbursable financing from structural funds under the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020 - Priority Axis 3: “Supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy, Investment Priority 3.1, Operation A-Residential Buildings”. In this respect, in the elaboration of the documentation, the requirements of the Applicant's Guide related to the Axis of the above-mentioned Field, Order no.2500/21.03.2017 of MDRAPFE and Order no.1360/20.04.2011 of the Ministry of Public Finance on eligible expenses and the specific legislation for which the project applies will be observed.
