La présente consultation concerne un Accord-cadre de maîtrise d'oeuvre et d'assistance à maitrise d'ouvrage pour les opérations d'aménagement et de mises aux normes des déchetteries de la CABBALR. Accord-cadre mixte mono-attributaire avec un maximum s'exécutant par l'émission de bons de commande et par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. La durée de ce contrat est de 4 ans soit un an ferme et trois périodes de reconductions d'un an. Le montant maximum annuel est de 400 000 Euros HT
