Description

La consultation est divisée en 27 lots. Chaque marché fait l'objet d'un accord cadre s'exécutant par l'émission de bons de commande sans minimum ni maximum, conclu avec 1 opérateur économique. Le marché prend effet et s'exécute à compter du jour de la notification. Durée du marché: 1 an. Reconduction: le marché pourra être reconduit 3 fois pour une durée de 1 an. Le pouvoir adjudicateur prend par écrit la décision de ne pas reconduire le marché, au moins 3 mois avant la date d'échéance. Le titulaire du marché ne peut pas refuser sa reconduction. Le marché est conclu à prix unitaires. Les prix sont révisables chaque année à la date anniversaire de la prise d'effet du contrat.
