Description

Implementation of a technical security system at the units under the management of SDN 1 – 6, Motorways Section, ACI Giurgiu and DRDP Bucharest. A. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request additional clarifications/information in relation to the Award Documentation is: - the first deadline is 26 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; - the second deadline is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. Pursuant to Article 160(2) of Law 98/2016, the Contracting Authority sets two deadlines within which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information: - the first deadline is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; - the second deadline is 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Depending on the complexity of the clarification requests addressed by the economic operators, for which the replies should be published at the first deadline indicated above, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to publish the replies to those clarifications at the second deadline set in the Award Documentation. The deadlines for replying to the clarifications have been set so that the economic operators have an adequate period for analysing the Award Documentation and, subsequently, for drawing up the tenders in the light of the answers provided by the Contracting Authority. C.Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A will make it impossible for the CA to provide an answer and will therefore be considered TARDIVA. D.
