Description

The subject of the contract is: successive delivery of diesel fuel - in accordance with the PN-EN 590:2013-12 standard and meeting the quality requirements specified in the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2015, item 1680 as amended) – hereinafter referred to as ‘RMG for liquid fuels’ – originating exclusively from fuel terminals in the territory of the Republic of Poland – in a total quantity of 1500 m3 for a period of 24 months, broken down into: a) Diesel Ecodiesel: summer, transitional and winter, hereinafter referred to as ‘ON’, in the amount of 1300 m3 (b) Arctic diesel with improved parameters of turbidity temperature and cold filter locking temperature, hereinafter referred to as ‘ONA’, in the amount of 200 m3 - in accordance with the current needs of the Contracting Authority - i.e. in the amount of approx. 62.5 m3 per month.
