Description

The purpose of the assignment is to support the municipality in an efficient, transparent and lawful manner in finding and deploying qualified personnel (including secondment, self-employment and broadcasting), at market-based rates, with minimal administrative burden and maximum control over quality and costs. From 1 July 2026, the municipality wants to provide a lawful and manageable hiring structure that offers sufficient flexibility to respond to changing capacity needs and contributes to the continuity of its services. The estimated value of the contract for the next four years, based on current hiring volumes and expected developments, amounts to approximately € 30 million excluding VAT.
