Hot drinks vending machines
Note: Not all information for this procedure were successfully computed. Please consult linked documents for more details.
Providing hot beverage facilities and related products. This call for tenders was published in April 2025. The tender documents for Lot 1 then required the type of ‘large hot beverage dispenser’ to be offered to supply both bean coffee and Freshbrew (or filter) and freeze-dried coffee. By means of this rectification (dated 27 May 2025), the requirement of Freshbrew (or filter-) and freeze-dried coffee will cease to apply. A vending machine type should be offered that can in any case deliver bean coffee. There is no need to supply a separate Freshbrew (or filter) and freeze-dried coffee. In addition, the requirement of the jug function will also be waived. As a result of this amendment, the following documents were amended and published by the corrigendum (dated 27 May 2025): - Annex 1 Programme of requirements Lot 1 (adapted after Note 2) - Annex 3 Price sheet Lot 1 (adapted after Note 2) The above adjustments only affect Lot 1. This has no impact on lot 2. As a result of this correction (dated 27 May 2025), the tender planning for the entire tender (i.e. for both lots) has been adjusted as indicated in Mercell. An additional round of questions has been inserted for both lots (Note of Information 3). In addition to the corrigendum (dated 27 May 2025), the Municipality of The Hague published the answers to the questions asked for Note of Information 2. In answering the questions for Note 2 the above rectified requirements have been taken into account.
