Description

Theater in der Josefstadt Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. intends to conclude a framework agreement (with one party) regarding the (visual) implementation of a corporate design of the Theater in der Josefstadt as well as further agency services from the 2026/27 season onwards. The possible services include the logo development, the graphical implementation as well as preparation of the production in the printing sites and electronic media (taking into account all relevant home design means) and implementation of these. Other areas (e.g. flyers, website, etc.) will also be part of the framework agreement. The duration of the framework agreement will be 3 years, with an option for the contracting authority to renew it twice for an additional year (up to 5 years in total). The client points out that the estimated contract value is the indicative budget (excl. printing costs, various other advertising materials, etc.) for the maximum term of 5 years (= 3 years and 2 optional) in the total amount of EUR 440,000 (net). The maximum total order amount that can be called up on the basis of the framework agreement in question (maximum quantity, excl. printing costs, various other advertising materials, etc.) amounts to EUR 520,000 (net) for the entire duration of the framework agreement (5 years).
