In Zusammenhang mit der Generalsanierung des Ziemssenbaus sind verschiedene Flächenverlagerungen im Ziemssenbau und in benachbarten Gebäuden erforderlich. Die statische Ertüchtigung bezieht sich nur auf das Gebäude Pettenkoferstraße 8a (ehemals Poliklinik). Hier ist für die Interimsnutzung durch medizinische Flächen die statische Ertüchtigung der Decken in OG 1 + OG 2 notwendig. Hinzu kommt die statische Untersuchung des Mansarddachs.
