The subject of the contract is the collection and management of mixed municipal waste and waste collected selectively, including: paper, metals and plastics, glass, bio-waste and textiles from inhabited and uninhabited properties covered by the municipal waste management system from the Municipality of the City of Zakopane. 2. The order also covers the collection of waste from the Tatra National Park. 3. This contract does not cover the collection of municipal waste from municipal street baskets. 4. The service of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point is not covered by this contract. 5. The table below shows the total amount of municipal waste expected to be collected and managed during the contract period: unsorted (mixed) municipal waste 9 825 Mg separately collected municipal waste 3 712 Mg Description/Total [Mg] Paper and cardboard packaging/400 Mixed packaging waste/1048 Glass packaging/1115 Biodegradable waste/750 Brick rubble/15 Mixed waste of concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramics and fittings other than those mentioned in 17 01 06/50 Large waste/330 Textile1/4 6. The quantities indicated in point 5 are estimates and are used only to calculate the price of the tender. 7. The amounts of municipal waste given are estimated and have been calculated on the basis of data from previous years, taking into account the expected changes (introduction of a deposit and return system). The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste transferred by a maximum of 30% or to increase it in relation to these estimates, depending on actual needs. In such cases, the Contractor shall not be entitled to compensation.

Maksymalnie może otrzymać 40 pkt. Wykonawca który nie wykaże się dodatkowymi pojazdami spełniającymi normy co najmniej Euro 6 otrzyma w niniejszym kryterium 0 punktów, wykonawca który wykaże się większą ilością niż 8 pojazdów otrzyma maksymalna ilość 40 punktów. 3) Zamawiający uprzejmie informuje, że w zakresie kryterium ilości pojazdów będzie się opierał tylko i wyłącznie na zasobie wykonawcy który składa ofertę i nie będzie akceptował zobowiązania „podmiotu trzeciego”.
