Description

L’appalto ha per oggetto il servizio di recupero, ai sensi dell’art. 181 del D. Lgs. 152/2006 dei seguenti rifiuti, provenienti dalle piattaforme ecologiche o dal territorio comunale dei comuni soci di CEM Ambiente S.p.A.:
• CER 20.01.38 - Legno diverso da quello di cui alla voce 20.01.37 - per un quantitativo stimato pari a circa 22.500 ton su base annua;
• CER 15.01.03 - Imballaggi in legno - per un quantitativo stimato pari a circa 500 ton su base annua,
per un quantitativo annuo complessivamente stimato in 23.000 tonnellate, per il quale – anche in ragione di esigenze di favor partecipationis – sono previsti due distinti lotti, identici per dimensione e tipologia e aggiudicabili disgiuntamente, ciascuno composto da 11.500 ton. di rifiuto da recuperare.
