Description

The council meetings of the cities of Eckernförde, Rendsburg and Schleswig have decided to develop their swimming pool locations and thus make them fit for the future. For this purpose, the cities want to win a general planner with the planning disciplines - object planning buildings and interiors, - technical building equipment, - structural design, - open-air plant planning, - building physics and - fire protection for all three locations together. The aim of the measures is to reflect the municipal/regional identity, in particular in the design of facades or open-air installations, and to reduce the maintenance effort (especially with regard to swimming pool technology) after completion of the respective measures. Due to the 100% municipal participation by the cities, interested parties want to note that in the event of a contract, coordination with the cities or the bodies set up specifically for these projects will occur. Following preliminary investigations carried out so far, the following is planned for each location: - Seawater wave bath Eckernförde: Demolition and complete new building - Aquacity Rendsburg: Renovation and modernization - Fjordarium Schleswig: Nevertheless, it will be the task of the planner to examine these ideas and to develop variants for the optimization of costs and deadlines. Therefore, in the performance phase 2, in-depth cost estimates will have to be made so that the city councillors can then decide on the way forward. The planning is to be carried out in parallel for all three locations, but the construction works themselves and their preparations one after the other, so that one or two open swimming pools are always available. The three swimming pools should correspond to the cityscape and the character of the cities and look the same in their external appearance. On the other hand, the TGA concept is to be set up uniformly at all three locations in order to improve the maintenance structure and the flexibility of the employees across all locations. In addition, a uniform interior design of all three bathrooms is to create an identity-creating effect. When processing the order, care must be taken to ensure that the clients require execution using the BIM method and that the KOK guidelines for bathroom construction are applied. The cities of Eckernförde, Rendsburg and Schleswig have commissioned Stadtwerke Schleswig-Holstein GmbH & Co. KG with this tender, the contracts for the individual swimming pools are carried out separately by each of the three cities.
