Description

The operation concerns the construction of the Bioeconomy Campus in Saint-Lyé, intended to host industrial, scientific and tertiary activities. The project consists of two separate functional entities: -The Industrial Campus (‘Campus Indust’) composed of: A technological hall dedicated to industrial and processing activities A space for scientific laboratories A space for offices and social premises; -The Campus Lab composed of: an office and social space for different tenants; Reception areas and meeting rooms common to the entire building. The project includes the construction of buildings and the development of outdoor spaces. In accordance with Article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this consultation is combined as follows: Lot 1: VRD, -Lot 2: Green Spaces, -Lot 3: Main work, -Lot No 4: Metal structure, -Lot 5: Sealing Cladding, -Lot No 6: Industrial joinery, -Lot 7: Exterior joinery, -Lot 8: Interior carpentry, -Lot No 9: Plastering, -Lot No 10: Faience tiles, -Lot No 11: Painting, -Lot No 12: Soft floor, -Lot No 13: CVC Plumbing, -Lot No 14: Electricity, -Lot No 15: False textile ceiling, -Lot No 16: Signage, -Lot No 17: Cleaning. Pursuant to Article R2113-1 of the Public Procurement Code, economic operators may tender for all lots. The lots referred to above may be awarded to one and the same economic operator. For each lot, this contract is an ordinary works contract, treated at a flat-rate total price, the amount of which is fixed in Article D1 of the act of undertaking. For each lot, the contract runs from the date on which it is notified to the contractor, for the entire duration of the works and until the end of any obligation arising therefrom (including the warranty period). The deadlines for completion are set out in Article 3-8 of the RC.
