The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of a factory-new cogeneration unit with a capacity of at least 140 kWe (with the possibility of offering a cogeneration unit with a higher capacity – up to 170 kWe – capacity increase is one of the criteria for evaluating tenders) for biogas and natural gas for the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Przemyśl, modernisation of the fuel supply path (biogas and natural gas), adaptation of the cooling system and the combustion system to the correct operation of the cogeneration unit in accordance with the currently applicable regulations and standards, connection to the power grid with all safeguards for cooperation with the power grid in accordance with applicable standards and legal provisions and conditions to be issued by the Power Plant, adaptation of the cogeneration unit to cooperation with the existing PROFIBUS network at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The subject of the contract is also service inspections of all delivered equipment during the warranty period, which will be performed at the Sewage Treatment Plant in Przemyśl, at the place of installation of the cogeneration unit, development and agreement of proposals for technical solutions of the cogeneration unit together with the necessary infrastructure, training of the Ordering Party's crew.
