Deze Europese aanbesteding was erop gericht een Raamovereenkomst voor de levering van fijnstofmonitoren en aanpalende dienstverlening te sluiten ten behoeve van luchtkwaliteitsmeetnetten in NEDERLAND. Het betreft een gezamenlijke aanbesteding, waarbij het Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu als penvoerder namens de andere aanbestedende diensten c.q. opdrachtgevers optreedt.
De Aanbestedende diensten nodigen gegadigden van harte uit om een inschrijving te doen op basis van de informatie in de Vragenlijsten in Negometrix. Inschrijvers moeten voldoen aan de voorwaarden die gesteld zijn in de verschillende documenten die zijn opgenomen onder 'vragenlijsten'.
